Refund/Return Policy
  • All parcel are checked by at least 3 workers before the delivery, so our accurately is as high as 99.99%. We will double confirm all our products are in proper condition before we pack and send out the goods.
  • All sales are final, we do not accept any return or refund request, unless very special case.
  • Any cases due to personal issue (color not nice, design not suit); are not allowed to refund/exchange.

All our products are checked few times before we arrange for delivery, so once the item sold or sent, the sales is final, no exchange or refund.

Some minor imperfection which is not affect the operation of the goods, hope buyers can understand.

We provide the best service to our customers and ensure that all customers are satisfied shopping here.

We allow:

  1. Exchange upon received the parcel and the goods are damaged.
  2. Exchange if the colour of the product we delivered is not the colour that you have ordered.
  3. Exchange or Refund if the product ordered is no longer in stock after making the payment.

Important Note:

  1. You MUST check upon delivery;
  2. You do not accept the damage good(s) upon delivery;
  3. Please contact us immediately. We do not accept “others help me to receive the parcel",” I’m not in" all this excuses. If you do not contact us immediately, we will not consider any goods exchange request. As recently there are many insincere buyers, so we have to be extra cautious to protect ourselves.
  4. You have to fill up the exchange voucher which is attached in the packing and return back to us with the damage good(s)
  5. Item returned for exchange MUST be in original packaging.
  6. Some any others reasonable condition based on our judgments.
